About Lisa
I’m Lisa Aston Michael, and for over fourteen years I’ve worked intuitively with people and their animal companions, helping them find clarity, reassurance, and a deeper sense of connection.
This work isn’t something I “do” for a living, it’s how I experience and understand the world. I’ve always been deeply sensitive to energy, emotion, and the unspoken, and over time I’ve learned how to work with that sensitivity in a grounded, practical way.
I don’t believe in dramatic promises or quick fixes. What I do believe in is creating calm, honest spaces where you can hear yourself more clearly, understand what’s unfolding, and move forward with greater trust in your own inner knowing.
My Approach
When you work with me, I’m not here to impress you or tell you what to do with your life.
I listen; carefully.
Each session is guided by what’s most relevant for you in that moment. This may include intuitive insight, mediumship, energetic awareness, or communication with your animal companion, but it’s always focused on what will genuinely support you, rather than overwhelm or confuse you.
I work with clear boundaries, integrity, and respect - for you, for your animal, and for the spiritual world. My role is not to take your power, but to help you reconnect with it.
Working With Animals
Animals have always been a huge part of my life, both personally and professionally.
Through animal communication and energy work, I help people better understand their animals’ emotions, behaviours, and needs — whether they are living or have passed into spirit. These sessions often bring comfort, insight, and a deep sense of reassurance.
I’m also passionate about teaching pet owners how to develop their own intuitive awareness, so connection becomes something you experience naturally in everyday life, not something you feel you have to outsource.
