I’m Lisa Aston Michael — a Psychic Medium, Animal Communicator, and Energy Healer. For over fourteen years, I’ve worked intuitively with people and their animal companions, helping them find clarity, reassurance, and deeper understanding during times of uncertainty, grief, or transition. This work is not something I simply “do.” It’s how I experience and interpret the world. From a young age, I was deeply sensitive to emotion, energy, and what sits beneath the surface of words. Over time, I learned how to work with that sensitivity in a grounded and structured way; with discernment, boundaries, and integrity. I don’t offer dramatic promises or quick fixes. What I offer is a calm, steady space where insight can unfold naturally, and where you are supported to reconnect with your own inner knowing.
My Approach When you work with me, my role is not to impress you or direct your life. I listen carefully. Each session is guided by what is most relevant and supportive in that moment. This may include intuitive insight, mediumship, energetic awareness, or animal communication, but it is always centred on clarity and stability, not overwhelm. I work with clear boundaries and deep respect; for you, for your animal, and for the spiritual world. My intention is not to create dependence, but to strengthen self-trust.
Working With Animals Animals have always been central to my life. Through animal communication and energy healing, I help people better understand their animals’ emotional and energetic states, whether they are living or in spirit. These sessions often bring reassurance, perspective, and a deepening of connection. I am also passionate about teaching intuitive development, helping others strengthen their own awareness in a practical and grounded way.

Beyond The Work I am also a lifelong musician and writer. Creativity, sensitivity, and intuitive awareness have always been interwoven in my life, shaping the way I hold space; thoughtfully, gently, and with depth.
